Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop product management skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product development from concept through launch.
• Conduct market research and gather competitive product information.
• Support pricing analysis and maintain pricing data.
• Help collect and organize customer feedback, market trends, and product performance data.
• Coordinate product-related projects and track progress across departments.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
• Work with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Support product launches by coordinating information across internal teams.
• Help develop training materials and product resources for customer service and sales teams.
• Maintain product information on the company website and internal systems.
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and occasionally customers to gather product insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
