Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking a student to join our product team in Delaware. You will perform market, competitive, and customer research to identify growth opportunities across the Medium UPS portfolio.

You will assist with roadmap planning and portfolio strategy while collecting customer feedback for product improvements. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or an MBA, with strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Perform market, competitive, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic growth areas for the three-phase UPS product portfolio.
• Analyze product portfolio performance, business metrics, and market dynamics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new products, feature enhancements, and strategic investments.
• Assist with product roadmap planning, product lifecycle management, and portfolio strategy activities.
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to identify unmet needs and product improvement opportunities.
• Support competitive positioning, pricing analysis, and value proposition development across the Medium UPS portfolio.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations that communicate product, customer, and market insights to cross-functional teams and business leaders.
