Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Product Management Intern to join our team in Keosauqua, IA. This onsite role supports PM activities, analyzes market data, and helps translate customer needs into MRDs while gaining hands-on experience across the product lifecycle.

You'll work with cross-functional teams on projects, utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and contribute to portfolio decisions that improve performance and reliability. This is a full-time internship for motivated students.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year program in a relevant field.
• Rising Junior to rising Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking.
• Effective statistical analysis and research skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least one Product Management project and support others as needed.
• Evaluate market needs and analyze competitors to inform portfolio direction.
• Translate customer requirements into MRD documents for design and engineering.
• Manage lifecycle aspects from concept to launch and monitor portfolio performance.
