Job summary

Dover Food Retail's HillPhoenix division is seeking a Product Management Intern in Keosauqua, IA to support competitive data, MRD development, and portfolio development.

You will lead at least one PM project, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help translate customer needs into requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience in product lifecycle management and data analysis using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year program in a relevant field.
• Rising Junior to Rising Senior working toward a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with logic, reason, and strategic thinking.
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Problem solving – ability to solve complex problems effectively.
• Builds and manages collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least 1 Product Management project and support others as needed.
• Evaluate market needs, analyze competitors, and uncover insights for portfolio direction.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to turn customer requirements into MRDs.
• Prioritize new features to meet customer needs and improve portfolio competitiveness.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and analyze P&L implications.
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data and document findings.
