Job summary

Emerson in Boulder, CO seeks a current engineering student for a full-time internship supporting regional sales and product teams. You will help drive growth, learn product strategies, and create tools and collateral to train field and inside sales.

You will participate in product launches, gather market insights, and assist with pricing considerations. The role offers hands-on experience, a structured internship program, and a supportive environment that values collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering.
• Zero years of related experience.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products & product lines.
• Develop knowledge and expertise with the world area sales channel, customer care, and operations for assigned products and technology.
• Create digital tools, training, and collateral to help train new field sales & inside sales on local product and feature strategies, portfolio tiers, pricing, and local competition.
• Assist in the launch of new products and features in local markets and evaluate sales channel readiness to sell assigned products.
• Work closely with world area sales management to host customer visits at local factories, sales offices, or customer sites.
• Capture market intelligence on industry trends and competition.
• Participate in pricing and discount structure strategy & execution.
