The advisor will partner closely with GHB Commercial, Client Solutions, Implementation, Operations, Clinical, Network, Underwriting, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Procurement, and external vendor partners to ensure assigned products are well documented, effectively governed, commercially supported, and aligned to customer and business needs. This is a strong opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused colleague who understands how to operate across Cigna's matrixed environment and can translate product priorities into clear actions, materials, and stakeholder outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management & Support

Support lifecycle management for assigned GHB products, solutions, and benefit capabilities. Maintain Product Benefit Standard Guides (PBSGs), product playbooks, and related GHB reference materials. Maintain the Americas Product Knowledge Exchange page to keep product guidance current and accessible to internal stakeholders. Manage the GHB product mailbox and provide timely, accurate responses or routing for product-related inquiries. Review product-related marketing and sales enablement collateral for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved product positioning. Support GHB Commercial Canada product enhancements, stakeholder coordination, readiness activities, and implementation follow-through. Partner with the CignaLinks team to support product updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications. Lead MetLife and Zurich vendor governance forums, including agenda development, inquiry management, product enhancement tracking, and follow-up actions. Support the contracts team with GHB product questions, template reviews, and benefit language updates.

Product Development & Execution

Develop intake materials for product enhancements, including business case inputs, impact assessments, readiness needs, and enablement tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional Cigna partners to deliver approved product enhancements, operational updates, and strategic initiatives. Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder actions through completion.

Vendor & External Partner Management

Serve as a primary product liaison for assigned vendor relationships supporting GHB solutions. Monitor vendor activity against contractual commitments, operational expectations, service experience, and governance needs. Coordinate issue resolution, escalation management, root-cause follow-up, and continuous improvement opportunities. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to support vendor governance and required reviews.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

Support compliance reviews for assigned products, materials, product language, and operational processes. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Clinical, Regulatory, and business teams to support alignment with Cigna requirements and applicable market expectations. Maintain governance documentation, decision logs, approval materials, and supporting artifacts for assigned product work. Identify product, process, or execution risks and work with accountable partners to define mitigation plans.

Commercial & Stakeholder Support

Partner with Sales, Client Management, Client Solutions, Implementation, and Commercial teams to respond to customer, broker, and market-facing product requests. Represent product priorities in internal forums, stakeholder meetings, governance routines, and readiness discussions. Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned GHB products, benefits, partner solutions, and internal product guidance.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to simplify product processes, improve internal enablement, strengthen stakeholder experience, and increase operational efficiency. Use data, market feedback, product inquiry trends, and stakeholder insights to recommend enhancements. Contribute to GHB product roadmap discussions, prioritization inputs, and strategic planning activities.
