Slalom is seeking a ProductStrategy Consultant to guide clients in transforming products and experiences with human-centered, data-informed, and AI-enabled approaches. You will engage across research, revenue analytics, experience strategy, and service design to deliver solutions that move businesses forward for customers, teams, and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product strategy or management consulting — at a management consulting firm, digital agency, product shop, or full-service creative agency
• A track record of collaboration on complex workstreams
• Experience across disciplines — collaborating with designers, technologists, data scientists, and business leaders
• Comfort experimenting with agentic AI flows and prototyping tools to enhance strategy development
• Knowledge of Forward Deployed Engineering methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication — you know how to tell a story and tailor it to your audience
• Executive presence with genuine relationship-building instincts
• Authorized to work in the US without restriction
• Located near New York, NY
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:

Consultantlocated in (Atlanta, Charlotte, Hartford, Miami, Philadelphia, & White Plains) the pay range is: $79,000 to $109,000.

Consultant located in (Boston, New York City, New Jersey, and Washington) the Pay range is: $86,000-$119,000

Senior Consultant located in (Atlanta, Charlotte, Hartford, Miami, Philadelphia, & White Plains) the pay range is: $103,000 to $142,000

Senior Consultant located in (Boston, New York City, New Jersey, and Washington) the Pay range is: $112,000-$155,000

In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
