Millwood, Inc. is seeking a Product Stacker (Cornerboard) in Warren, OH. This full-time hourly manual labor role reports to the Plant Manager and floor supervisors, focusing on stacking, palletizing, and ensuring orderly shipping readiness.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read micrometers, calipers, and tape measures. Experience is preferred, and forklift exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stretch-wrap, band, and store ready to ship product in neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain accurate inventory of stored and ready to ship product.
• Maintain clean work area.

Millwood is accepting applications for the stacker position. The job responsibilities include assisting with hands on physical labor and operations of machinery with the goal of streamlining company production and the upkeep of customer satisfaction.

Title: Stacker

Reports to: Plant Manager and floor supervisors

Responsibilities :

• Stack, sort and palletize Corner Guard product of various weights. Must be able to lift upwards of 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Assist in moving palletized product using non-powered equipment.
• Stretch-wrap, band, and store ready to ship product in neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain accurate inventory of stored and ready to ship product.
• Maintain clean work area.

• Ability to pass a drug test
• Must be 18 years of age

• Ability to understand and complete job tasks accurately

Pay Rate: $17.00 plus $1.50/hour attendance bonus and .50/ bonus

Schedule:

10 hour shift

Monday to Thursday
