Job summary

Hiland Dairy Foods Company is seeking a Product Stacker in Dallas, TX for full-time manual labor. You will perform shipping-related tasks, load and prepare products for delivery, and maintain documentation while working a night schedule.

The position requires handling heavy items, operating in cold and wet environments, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $18.73–$19.23 hourly with a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Refrigerated warehouse and shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
• Minimum age: 18

Responsibilities

• Manual transfer of finished product, empty cases, pallets, and/or other ingredients and containers.
• Stack cased product, empty cases, and/or empty pallets, as required.
• Clean empty trailers, case washers, and other delivery equipment daily.
• Check and document case washer temperature and cleaning solution concentration.
• Restock product lines, recording the movement of stock in/out of the work area.
• Ensure proper product rotation in the warehouse.
• Monitor materials, products, and equipment at each point in the process.
• Sort, bundle, and fill containers or place them in assembled units.
• Complete all required documentation and schedule product checks.

Product stackers perform shipping operation duties to ensure a quality product is packaged, prepared, and loaded for delivery to customers in a safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manual transfer of finished product, empty cases, pallets, and/or other ingredients and containers Stack cased product, empty cases, and/or empty pallets, as required.
• Clean empty trailers, case washers, and other delivery equipment daily.
• Check and document case washer temperature and cleaning solution concentration.

Physical Demand/Working Conditions:

• Required to Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push and pull, and reach at, above and below shoulder.
• Repetition-Hand/Wrist Simple Grasping, Firm grasping.
• Lift/Carry: 1-50 lbs continuously, and may be required to operate equipment.
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills required to work for extended periods in a cold, damp environment.
• Must be able to work in very hot (more than 100 degrees), and very cold (less than 20 degrees below zero) and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods. Exposed to noise/vibration, and chemicals.

Pay : $18.73 per hour + $1 shift differential
