Job summary

Hiland Dairy Foods Company is seeking a Product Stacker in Dallas, TX for a full-time role assembling and loading finished products for delivery. You will handle transfer of product, pallets, and cases, while maintaining cleanliness of trailers and equipment and documenting stock movements.

The position requires basic reading/writing, math skills, and reliability. Experience in refrigerated warehouse/shipping is preferred; overtime, weekends, and varying shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, perform basic math, and record data accurately.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Minimum age 18.
• Must pass a drug screen and physical.
• Refrigerated warehouse/shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manual transfer of finished product, cases, pallets; stack as required.
• Clean trailers, case washers, and delivery equipment daily.
• Check case washer temperature and cleaning solution concentration.
• Restock product lines and log stock movements.
• Ensure proper product rotation in the warehouse.

Overview

Product Stacker — Full‑time manual labor role based in Dallas, TX. Responsible for shipping operation duties to ensure a quality product is packaged, prepared, and loaded for delivery to customers in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Manual transfer of finished product, empty cases, pallets, and/or other ingredients and containers. Stack cased product, empty cases, and/or empty pallets as required.
• Clean empty trailers, case washers, and other delivery equipment daily.
• Check and document case washer temperature and cleaning solution concentration.
• Restock product lines, recording the movement of stock in/out of the work area.
• Ensure proper product rotation in the warehouse.
• Monitor materials, products, and equipment at each point in the process.
• Sort, bundle, and fill containers or place them in assembled units.
• Complete all required documentation and schedule product checks.
• Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours.

Qualifications and Experience

• Refrigerated warehouse and shipping experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
• Minimum age: 18
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, push and pull, and reach at, above and below shoulder
• Repeated hand/wrist movements; simple and firm grasping
• Lift/Carry: 1–50 lbs continuously; may be required to operate equipment
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills required to work for extended periods in a cold, damp environment
• Must be able to work in very hot (>100°F) and very cold (<-20°F) environments, and in a very wet and humid environment for extended periods; exposed to noise/vibration and chemicals

Pay

$18.73 per hour + $1 shift differential
