What You Can Expect

As a Product Senior Specialist, you will help drive the development and execution of key marketing initiatives designed to increase adoption, awareness and growth of the iovera franchise. Working closely with the iovera Marketing team, you will translate brand strategy into coordinated execution across customer segments, channels and functional partners. In addition to U.S. responsibilities, you will serve as a key liaison to international teams, helping align plans and support adoption of iovera across markets.

  • Lead marketing projects from concept through execution, aligning timelines, agencies, internal stakeholders, regulatory review and deliverables.
  • Build strong partnerships with sales, medical, clinical education, reimbursement/access, training, corporate communications and other functional teams to deliver integrated commercial activities.
  • Serve as a key marketing liaison for outside-U.S. and international teams, facilitating alignment, sharing U.S. resources and best practices, and supporting market-specific needs and opportunities.

  • Lead or coordinate development of HCP- and patient-facing promotional resources, digital initiatives, field tools, congress activities, educational programs and other brand assets.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable go-to-market plans, including regional launch planning, sales tools, promotional programs and commercial collateral.
  • Synthesize voice-of-customer, product, market and field feedback; identify trends and opportunities; and develop recommendations for the Product Management team and cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain accurate and current product, competitive and market information in approved company systems and shared resources.
  • Develop and deliver product training and education for commercial teams and internal partners, including preparing materials, coordinating sessions and responding to product questions.
  • Coordinate information and logistics for key opinion leader interactions and engagements, in alignment with applicable company policies and processes.
  • Analyze market and performance information, identify trends and prepare clear summaries and recommendations for Product Management and cross-functional partners.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Ability to independently synthesize varied inputs into clear, concise and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with market information, product data and performance reports.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build productive relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems and product-information tools.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, orthopedic, commercial or product-marketing environments is a plus.
Your Background
