Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a positive sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Engage customers with a consultative approach to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on the latest automotive trends and technologies.
  • Generate leads via video marketing and social media.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and build loyalty.

Minimum Requirements

Physical & Work Environment

  • Work in a bright showroom, outside on the lot, and during test drives. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary

$55,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
