Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
