Job summary

Skechers is hiring a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) in an entry-level retail role. You’ll engage with customers, provide guidance on Skechers footwear and apparel, and help meet store sales goals. The role includes cashier duties, stocking merchandise, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with a range of $15.00–$15.91.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, making sure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise.
• Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments, and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
