Job summary

MidwayUSA is seeking a Product Specialist to manage the Guns line. You will work with the Merchandising Manager to select products and build strong supplier relationships, ensuring products meet the budget and support customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong product knowledge and a flair for creative writing. This on-site role offers growth and industry exposure in outdoor products.

MidwayUSA, in Columbia, MO is a privately held eCommerce company in the Outdoor industry. We are looking for a Product Specialist to work on our Guns line. This personwill work with a Merchandising Manager to serve our Customers by selecting products and building relationships with our Suppliers. About the Role

• Select Guns and related products according to established category budget & overall company budget
• Develop relationships with Gun Suppliers & Manufacturers
• Review Supplier Performance metrics & suggest & implement measures to drive improvement

About You

• You will have a Bachelors degree as it is required (Business, Marketing or related field preferred)
• You will have 1-3 years applicable professional experience (preferred)
• You will be a user ofMidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
• You will have excellent product and technical knowledge
• You will have excellent creative writing skills
• You must have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
• You must be a team player with a positive attitude
