Job summary

FireMon is seeking a Customer Success professional in the United States to configure and integrate FireMon products in customer environments, and to empower users through hands-on training. You will partner with security teams to tailor deployments and ensure successful adoption across complex networks.

As a trusted advisor, you will triage and resolve incidents, nurture long-term client relationships, and help clients maximize policy controls across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with REST API and prior customer service or consulting.
• In-depth experience with firewalls and network/security devices.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, network infrastructure, and security concepts.
