Based in a Skechers store, you will help customers select ideal products, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while maintaining brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products and ensure satisfaction.
• Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals and learn about product offerings.
• Store Operations: Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a great final impression for customers.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain an inviting store environment.
