Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the perfect choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to store and individual sales goals and learn about product offerings.
• Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure a great final impression.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to boost sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain an inviting store environment and brand standards.
