Job description

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for visiting doctors to promote specific dermatology products, disseminate product information, and convey company messages to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·Follow all relevant sales procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

·Manage daily operations within the Sales function to maintain workflow continuity.

·Visit doctors in private clinics and hospitals daily to promote products, share product information, and communicate company messages to achieve monthly sales targets.

·Accurately record and update sales data in the CRM system daily for review by the Field Sales Supervisor.

·Coordinate and communicate regularly with sales representatives and the direct manager to meet sales objectives.

·Continuously acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to enhance sales performance.

·Adhere to all safety, quality, health, and environmental procedures, as well as the company’s code of conduct, to maintain a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 1- 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in dermatology.
