Technology Solutions Provider – Employer Industry
Responsibilities
- Build influential relationships with key decision-makers at Microsoft to enhance sales and market share
- Act as a liaison between field selling groups and corporate to resolve product and supplier-related issues
- Collaborate with the global team to define and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for Microsoft
- Lead the review of internal processes related to Microsoft programs, identifying areas for improvement
- Manage the delivery of the Microsoft SPLA program, including contract management and support escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- AZ900 certification required; SC900 and MS900 preferred
- Proven experience with Microsoft CSP and SPLA programs
- Strong understanding of Azure and the cloud industry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Experience in solving complex problems with innovative solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and continuous learning in the field
