Responsibilities
  • Build influential relationships with key decision-makers at Microsoft to enhance sales and market share
  • Act as a liaison between field selling groups and corporate teams to resolve product-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with the global team to define and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft
  • Lead process reviews related to Microsoft programs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Own the delivery of the Microsoft SPLA program, including contract management and support escalation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • AZ900 certification required; SC900 and MS900 certifications preferred
  • Proven experience in Microsoft CSP and SPLA programs
  • Strong understanding of Azure and the cloud industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions
