Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Serve as the primary product expert for automotive aftermarket products, providing detailed technical knowledge and guidance to internal teams and customers.

The Product Specialist – Automotive Aftermarket plays a critical role in bridging the gap between product development and customer needs within the automotive aftermarket sector. This position is responsible for deeply understanding the features, benefits, and applications of automotive aftermarket products to effectively support sales teams and customers. The specialist will analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights that drive product improvements and innovation. They will also collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure product offerings meet quality standards and market demands. Ultimately, this role aims to enhance customer satisfaction and increase market share by delivering expert product knowledge and strategic support.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry or a related technical sales/support role.
