Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Product Specialist at Subaru of Moon Township to join our busy sales team. You will support sales staff, assist with vehicle demonstrations, and ensure a smooth delivery process for customers.

This role emphasizes a polished, professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, displaying models, educating customers on features, and following up after delivery to answer questions.

Qualifications

• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to provide engaging product demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assists salespeople with moving vehicle schedules for delivery to and from prep department.
• Ensures all models are displayed on showroom floor as directed by Sales Management.
• Performs detailed customer education and delivery on all models.
• Ensures vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.
• Assesses customer knowledge to personalize delivery for each experience.
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies.
• Follows up with customers 1–2 weeks after delivery.
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Conducts owner clinics on a consistent basis.
• Trains team members on key vehicle technologies.
• Trains sales/service staff on how to explain features to customers.
• Assists with vehicle tracking and delivery coordination.

We are looking for a polished and professional candidate who can provide a top‑notch customer experience. As a Product Specialist, you will be an important member of our sales team. By supporting the sales team and coordinating sales‑related activities, you will contribute to achieving sales targets.

Product Specialists are responsible for maintaining good customer relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of deliveries. Collaboration with other departments is essential.

• Effectively and Efficiently Performs Detailed Customer Education and Delivery on All Models
• Ensures that vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements
• Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery for every customer experience
• Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention
• Follows up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional feature operations.
• Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
• Directs customers to additional information resources.
• Conducts owner clinics on a consistent basis (e.g., new owner clinics, franchise infotainment how-to workshop).
• Efficiently and Effectively Trains Team Members on Key Vehicle Technologies.
• Trains the sales and service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.
• Effectively Assists Sales Department in Vehicle Tracking.
