  • - Aptitude to quickly resolve mechanical or performance issues on equipment through hands‑on troubleshooting, observation, and collaboration with service and engineering teams. Capacity to learn and apply root cause analysis, document field issues, and communicate technical feedback to support continuous improvement in product development and customer experience.
