JPMorganChase seeks an Executive Product Solutions Director to lead the Agent Platform and Fusion Platform within the CDAO Office. Based in New York and other locations, you will drive product solutions, guide sales advisory, and shape data governance initiatives for AI-enabled capabilities.

The role demands deep experience across product delivery, regulated environments, and cross-functional leadership, aligning business outcomes with data governance and AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading and delivering solutions across multiple teams and products.
• Experience facilitating sales cycles and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Ability to structure and deliver complex solutions for client needs.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled agent systems in regulated environments.
• 8+ years of experience in data governance or AI strategy for large orgs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on solutioning and adopt client-facing products while managing risk to improve customer experience.
• Develop end-to-end product solution strategies and processes across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing and respond to RFPs; contribute to sales collateral.
• Gather and act on client feedback and deliver to Product teams.
• Lead roadmaps for data governance initiatives and AI-for-data capabilities.
• Define use cases and requirements with stakeholders and engineers.
