• Extensive experience facilitating platform adoption activities and optimizing strategies and processes.
• Proven ability to craft complex solutions that meet client needs across domains.

Responsibilities

• Advises Product Solutions teams on solutioning and adopting client-facing products while crafting complex solutions and assessing risk to enhance customer experience.
• Leverages knowledge of product clusters to manage strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes.
• Manages collection of client feedback and oversees delivery of feedback to Product teams.
