As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real‑world challenges, and explore your career interests.

• Support identifying product opportunities catering to the needs of both large and small agencies, and help translate them into actionable product requirements for internal and external product platforms.
• Support the development and iteration of the Agency Portal, enabling scalable agency onboarding flows and growth initiatives.
• Assist in managing the agency product inbound process, including product request intake, analysis, prioritization, and follow‑up with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Product Management, or a related field.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated, preferably in Data Analysis, Product Management, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in product operations, business operations, digital advertising, or agency ecosystem development.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or project experience in product operations, business analysis, consulting, advertising, or technology platforms.
• Experience conducting research, synthesizing insights, or preparing business documentation.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, agency workflows, or creator/content ecosystems is a plus.
• Self‑starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
