About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team for our VeriLoan Loan Origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform. This role involves technical leadership and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable, high-quality product. The ideal candidate has experience in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering environment.

What you will be doing:

• Technical Leadership & Team Management: Manage software development processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of software engineers. Oversee design, development, and architecture for VeriLoan leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365. Provide guidance on technical design, coding standards, and best practices. Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development activities. Ensure code reviews and development processes are properly executed.

Strategic Alignment & Innovation:

• Partner with architects and stakeholders to create high-level designs and technical roadmaps. Stay updated on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, evaluating their applicability. Contribute to the organization’s software engineering strategy, balancing delivery speed, quality, and stability.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Communicate technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .NET platform, C#, Microsoft Power Platform, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other related technologies, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in leading and developing technical teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on practical, innovative solutions.
• Proven success managing large enterprise projects and complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for diverse audiences.
