Job Description

Analyzes, verifies, tracks, and recommends for Project, Product, and Solution implementation and maintenance. Acts as a liaison between various agile teams and project teams. Recommends and delivers product and solution plans, along with training materials throughout implementation, ensuring smooth post-implementation operations.

Certifications/Experience needed in Beacon/Beans, Data Courier/Env Release, Dorothy Home Care - Clinical, EpicCare Ambulatory - Specialty, Healthy Planet, Hospital Billing, Inpatient Orders/Bugsy/Prov doc, Lumens, Security, Technical Services, Willow Ambulatory, and Willow Inpatient.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, verifies, tracks, and recommends development of implementation plans for system development and product solutions, including discovery, design, conversion, testing, and other project cycle components in an agile environment.
  • Serves as a liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Develops and delivers training programs for current and prospective users; educates practice, site, and corporate management on project operations and procedures.
  • Assists in configuring HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual agreements.
  • Performs solution audits; resolves discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
  • Provides customer support during and after implementation.
  • Conducts post-implementation satisfaction surveys; reports results and recommends actions; troubleshoots issues and suggests fixes; assists newly acquired facilities with transition and implementation planning.
  • Operates under general guidance with varied work assignments requiring interpretation and independent decision-making.
  • Performs related duties as required; all responsibilities are essential functions under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Job Qualifications

  • Epic Certified, highly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.
