Caterpillar is seeking a Product Service Engineer in Mossville, IL to diagnose and resolve complex engine issues and provide technical steering for dealers and customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze health data and communicate actionable improvements.

• Author technical specifications and deliver service publications to communicate product improvements.

About IPSD Caterpillar’s Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD)

designs, tests and manufactures 0.5 to 18L engines that not only power Caterpillar machines, but also power over 5000 other applications including Marine, Petroleum, Industrial Applications, Electric Generators, and Locomotives. Role Definition

As a Product Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and resolving complex engine and integration issues, promoting, defining, analyzing, and providing technical steering for dealer and customer issues.

What You Will Do

• Act as a strong advocate for both customers and dealers, ensuring their product issues are effectively communicated to internal engineering teams to drive impactful solutions.

Additional Information

This position is located in Mossville, IL. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required. Relocation assistance is not available.

Summary Pay Range

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
