Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Supervisor, Product Security Test to lead a team focused on security verification of ICS products, embedded devices, and software. You will oversee penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, fuzzing, and security automation, partnering with product development and cybersecurity to raise security posture.

The role requires leadership experience and strong knowledge of security testing methods, with a path to impact across the Rockwell product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or engineering management experience.
• Experience in product security, security testing, embedded-system testing, or related field.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Security Test Engineers.
• Guide planning and execution of security testing across multiple programs.
• Oversee penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and fuzzing activities.
• Ensure test plans and results traceable to security requirements.
• Partner with development, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to secure the product lifecycle.
