Job summary

Boeing seeks an experienced leader to manage engineering and technical activities in Product Security Test & Evaluation. You will lead a team across the Enterprise, develop operational plans, and drive technical excellence.

You will mentor teammates, communicate with senior leaders, and build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while delivering on BT&E objectives and safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role or have completed Boeing internal leadership course.
• 3+ years of experience with Cyber Security, Product Security and/or Test & Evaluation.
• Willing to travel 20% or more as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Security Test & Evaluation teams across the Enterprise.
• Develop, motivate, and manage a Product Security Test Team.
• Create and execute plans aligned to BT&E objectives.
• Ensure business, technical and customer requirements are met.
• Assign authority and responsibilities to team members.
• Review execution plans and resolve issues.
• Develop and monitor metrics to ensure performance to plan.
• Foster technical excellence and a culture of accountability.
