Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Product Security Senior Manager to lead the Product Security practice within the Commercial Team. You will guide security strategy, standards, and capabilities across client engagements, helping drive the sales process and secure-by-design outcomes.

You will recruit, mentor, and inspire Product Security Engineers and Architects, oversee security assessments of development and operational systems, and educate client teams on best practices, KPIs, and KRIs for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in Product Security.
• 5+ years of experience with application or product development and developing, architecting, and implementing software security solutions.
• 3+ years of experience working on securing embedded systems, physical products, or hardware environments.
• 1+ years of experience with reverse engineering tools such as Ghidra or IDA Pro.
• Experience with managing across SDLC, including vulnerability management considerations and modern development tools and frameworks.
• Experience developing and securing software with code scanning tools and CI/CD pipelines and the integration of common products and solutions into production environments.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities and prevention techniques and technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree
