Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Power BI. You will deliver executive updates and mentor PMs to elevate delivery discipline across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years in program or portfolio management or related.
Experience establishing PMO standards across programs or teams.
Experience establishing practices and delivery frameworks across program managers and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of lifecycle management, risk, dependency, and executive reporting.
Experience leading multiple concurrent programs with cross-functional teams.
Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes.
Proficiency with Atlassian tools and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

Establish and improve program management processes and templates across Product Security.
Drive adoption of common methodologies and tooling across the Product Security portfolio.
Develop and maintain the Product Security PM playbook and procedures.
Provide standards, mentoring, and operational guidance to Product Security PMs.
Support PMs in resolving risks and execution challenges; escalate when needed.
