Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a high-impact security leader to define the strategic direction and governance of Secure Development Lifecycle practices across the enterprise. You will lead a team of security engineers, drive SDL compliance, and partner with engineering, product, and sourcing to secure a diverse product portfolio spanning embedded systems to cloud services.
The role requires 5+ years of management experience, cybersecurity expertise, and a background in software or application
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant management experience.
- Experience in software and/or application development.
- Understanding of DevSecOps and security operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead security engineers to solve complex challenges across the product lifecycle.
- Establish governance to drive SDL compliance.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to embed security.
- Deliver scalable security solutions from embedded to cloud.
- Collaborate with sourcing to reduce supply chain risks.
