Job summary

Salesforce's Platform Security team seeks a Product Security Lead to be the technical security lead for the user-facing application and experience layers of the platform. You will set the security bar for UI, rendering pipelines, and agent experiences, shaping secure patterns and default controls across frontend and backend surfaces.

You will mentor teams, perform threat modelling, and design least-privilege, auditable security controls for Model Context Protocol and connectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/security/platform security.
• Deep expertise in web/app security including OWASP injection classes, XSS, CSRF, SSRF, and broken access control.
• Hands-on with UI frameworks, web runtimes, and rendering pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead security assurance for the UI/experience layer across web frameworks, runtimes, and APIs.
• Run threat modelling, security design reviews, and code reviews for JavaScript/TypeScript/Java.
• Define secure patterns and least-privilege controls; mentor teams on secure design.
