What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and support local, regional, and national cadaver labs and training events for surgeons and sales representatives
  • Conduct product presentations and cadaveric demonstrations during visits to company headquarters
  • Collaborate with medical education initiatives, including cadaver labs and journal clubs
  • Generate and track new surgeon sales leads while collaborating with sales teams for follow-up and conversion
  • Serve as an internal product expert, contributing to educational materials and product strategy development
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Orthopedic foot & ankle or extremity sales/marketing operation room experience
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop presentations with recommendations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel 50% - 75% of the time for business purposes
