What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate account managers on industry trends and sales strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to create industry-specific sales strategies and prepare sales presentations
- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and develop customer success stories to demonstrate the value of solutions
- Participate in joint account planning sessions with sales teams and partners to ensure target metrics are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or go-to-market strategy, with a minimum of 3 years in e-invoicing
- In-depth knowledge of the e-invoicing and digital compliance market
- Familiarity with Pagero or related solutions, particularly in P2P and O2C automation
- Proven ability to drive and execute long-term initiatives aligned with business goals
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment across different European markets
