Job description

Your Missions

We are hiring a Product Sales Specialist to support the growth of our analytics portfolio for grid utilities in the North American market.This role is focused on identifying and developing opportunities with utility customers, helping them build strong business cases and demonstrate value through the use of our software solution leveraging visual data and AI to optimize field operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of our Aether Visual Intelligence product within the utility sector.
  • Identify customer needs and lead discussions that connect software capabilities to operational and business value.
  • Develop and support business cases that highlight ROI and support customer decision-making.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in utilities, including technical and business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to align customer needs with available solutions.
  • Lead or support customer demos, workshops, proposals, and strategic meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
Your Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting or pre-sales roles, ideally in the utilities sector.
  • Strong understanding of grid utility operations and challenges, including vegetation management, network modeling, asset health, and grid resiliency efforts such as storm response, wildfire mitigation or damage assessment.
  • Experience building and presenting business cases or ROI models.

Proven track-record engaging both technical and non-technical audiences up to C-level.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with remote sensing technologies such as LiDAR, satellite imagery, or aerial data.
  • Familiarity with geospatial analytics or AI-driven software platforms.
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working across teams.
