The Product Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Storm Lake, IA. This position is responsible for managing and growing sales of Harvest International's product lines, including zero-turn mowers, tillage equipment, and trailers, through dealer networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, adding and developing new dealers to the network, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing quotes and proposals, and negotiating sales agreements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers, providing product expertise and support, and collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, and operations to align sales strategies with product capabilities and availability. The Product Sales Manager is expected to track sales performance, report market feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
