What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop evaluation criteria for compliance, environmental impact, and ethical sourcing
• Conduct assessments of domestic and global suppliers for adherence to client standards
• Maintain and update the client Approved Supplier List (ASL)
• Review and validate supplier quotes and domestic orders for compliance with audit requirements
• Conduct audits of global manufacturers focusing on social, environmental, quality, and safety standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 1+ years of experience in compliance, with a focus on consumer products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in client-facing interactions
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage high-volume, multi-tasking workflows
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently under deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SmartSheet, and NetSuite
