Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks an Experienced Product Review Engineer (Liaison Engineer) located in Berkeley, MO. You will apply Boeing design principles to resolve product and process issues across the lifecycle, perform root cause analyses, and develop engineering dispositions and improvements with cross-functional IPTs.

This role requires a BS in engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; MRB experience and defense customer exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field, or non-US equivalent.
• 2+ years work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Assesses product/process issues through the lifecycle using Boeing design principles.
• Performs root cause analysis and dispositions for design non-conformances.
• Applies engineering principles to research technical and quality issues and develops solutions.
• Identifies deviations impacting design intent and safety and manages resolution.
• Develops and implements product/process improvements.
• Supports IPTs and participates in design reviews.
• Represents engineering in build through post-production and ensures supplier compliance.
• Develops customer correspondence for safe operation and maintenance.
• Analyzes damage repair or structural modification to determine safe operations.
