Simmons is seeking a Product Regulatory Specialist 2 in Siloam Springs, AR to oversee regulatory compliance and labeling across the PLM lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with the regulatory team and suppliers to ensure accurate specifications and documentation.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, timely filings for label registrations, and continuous process improvements within a regulatory framework. Salary is exempt and travel is occasional.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or business analyst role.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn the company’s applicable software suites.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Background in food manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 4 years equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs activities for PLM compliance, oversight and guidance across the product lifecycle.
• Assists labeling and regulatory functions for specifications and graphics.
• Leads Spec Management with suppliers to develop and update specifications.
• Directs Supplier Approval to qualify new and existing suppliers for production.
• Directs Regulatory Compliance for label registrations and related fees.
• Explores process improvements and system integrations to reduce manual entry.
• Participates in the Technical Services Team to share best practices and program updates.
• Travels occasionally to manufacturing locations or trade/regulatory conferences.
