Job summary

AGI is seeking a Product Quote Estimator in Sioux Falls, SD to support the Sales Execution team. You will analyze quotes, prepare accurate price estimates, and ensure timely turnaround by coordinating with Project/Quote Coordinators and other groups.

This role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to fulfill business requirements. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, Business, or Agriculture with at least 3 years in product configuration or estimating,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or Agriculture or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience in Product Configuration and/or estimating preferred.
• Preference for experience in Agriculture.
• Experience with complex technical customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze quote requirements, specifications, and drawings to provide equipment quotations.
• Calculate pricing based on materials, labor, overhead, and profit margins.
• Work closely with sales to meet customer deadlines.
• Apply the knowledge of AGI product lines to deliver detailed and accurate Quote Documents.
• Maintain file organization structure, participate in developing and maintaining project task boards (JIRA) and SharePoint sites.
• Maintain excellent records of quotes, RFQ information, pricing structures, and customer iterations

Position Title: Product Quote Estimator

Department: Sales Execution

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

The Opportunity

The Product Quoter will be a key component of the Sales Execution team and is responsible for delivering on sales and product commitments to customers across North America. This role will be responsible for key steps within quote to order cycle both as part of large project teams (under the guidance of Project Managers) and/ Project/Quote Coordinators. This role will interface with the Project/Quote Coordinators, Application Engineering, and/or Product Management group to ensure quote accuracy and timely quote turnaround, working closely with the Project/Quote Coordinator to ensure all business requirements are fulfilled.
