Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office from coursework
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in communications with customers and associates
• Preferred knowledge of BMW Systems: SAP, PQM, Vehicle Admin
• Must be an enrolled student at a US four-year college or university
• Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PLQ planning to meet plant testing requirements
• Identify and present problem landscape for resolution
• Schedule vehicles for analysis or repair with pertinent associates
• Provide analysis requests for major quality issues
• Generate monthly PLQ reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
