Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Relevant work experience in marketing, product support, project coordination, sales, customer service, construction or related field valued.
• Basic knowledge of project management, marketing, and/or sales.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in developing professional digital marketing skills.
• Understanding of current marketing trends and techniques; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials for architects, engineers, contractors, and other professional trade groups.
• Support planning and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
• Assist with project coordination, analysis, and estimation to move projects forward.
• Research competitors and evaluate marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Develop and improve marketing collateral for effective communication with professional groups.
• Conduct market and product research in building and construction industry.
• Monitor industry developments to support new product development and promotion strategies.
• Develop and maintain agency accreditations for CoatMasters products, including inclusion on APL/QPL lists.
• Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, Facebook, IMRAE website and other platforms; assist social campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Develop relationships with current and prospective customers, agencies, organizations, and industry groups.
• Support other marketing, product, project, and administrative initiatives as assigned.
