Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years in development in a program, product, or engineering role.
• Experience building Gantt charts and using project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain the program plan of record ensuring the team have the data they need at their fingertips.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, and flag them proactively to the appropriate team members.
• Support cross-functional coordination across design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
