Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Product Program Manager to contribute to the development of next‑generation products across data center, Jetson, industrial PC, robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, and GPU card lines.

Lead technical program management from ideation through manufacturing and launch, directing cross‑functional teams, managing milestones, mitigating risks, and communicating status to leadership.

Qualifications

  • BS degree or greater in an engineering field.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware product development.
  • Strong project, program, and product management fundamentals.
  • Culture of continuous learning and first-principles problem‑solving.
  • Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical program management for a product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
  • Drive priorities to ensure products meet schedule and milestone targets; proactively elevate risks and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other functions to close gaps and resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal stakeholders, including executive level teams.

Product Program Manager – Product Development Team

In this role you will contribute to the development of next‑generation products across data center, Jetson, industrial PC, robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, and GPU card lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical program management for a product, aligning the team’s efforts throughout ideation, development, qualification, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining lifecycles.
  • Drive priorities to ensure products meet schedule and milestone targets; proactively elevate risks and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with a matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, marketing, operations, and other functions to close gaps and resolve issues.
  • Communicate product status to internal stakeholders, including executive level teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years track record of successfully delivering products from concept through launch.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes, including fundamentals of hardware design.
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business field.
  • PM certification or training.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is determined by location, experience, and peer comparison. Level3 range: $136,000 – $212,750 USD. Level4 range: $168,000 – $258,750 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package. For more details, visit www.nvidiabenefits.com.
