Product Program and Girl Experience Coordinator

Join to apply for the Product Program and Girl Experience Coordinator role at Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains Inc.

The Product Program Coordinator/Girl Experience Coordinator (PGEC) is a member of the Product Program and Girl Experience teams for Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains (GSTOP).

The PGEC is responsible for Girl Experience and Entrepreneurship programming in the Fort Worth area, including coordination, implementation, and partnership with volunteers to deliver Product Program and Girl Experiences. This position promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice, fostering a climate of courtesy, respect, and professionalism.

In collaboration with the Product Program Manager, the PGEC exercises discretion and judgment on significant matters. This role is strategic and not routine or administrative.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Product Program Responsibilities

  • Recruits, trains, and partners with volunteers.
  • Cultivates and maintains vendor and corporate partnerships.
  • Assists in developing training modules, manuals, policies, and communication materials to ensure high-quality leader training.
  • Collaborates with vendors and outside entities to ensure effective product program experiences.
  • Keeps updated on GSUSA Product Program changes via webinars and meetings.

Girl Experience Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with community, corporate partners, and vendors aligned with our mission to encourage girls' curiosity, problem-solving, and creativity.
  • Designs, plans, facilitates, and evaluates diverse programming for girls aged 5-18, focusing on outcomes and budget adherence.
  • Assesses girls' needs and develops responsive programs.
  • Develops progressive girl programming.
  • Works with the team to plan and implement programs that increase girl engagement and retention.
  • Keeps current with educational trends and GSUSA guidelines.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensures safety, risk management, and crisis support.
  • Collaborates across departments for promotional and support strategies.
  • Provides high-quality support demonstrating the Girl Scout Promise and Law.
  • Responds promptly to correspondence.
  • Travels as needed within service areas.
  • Participates in council projects and meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
