This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional partnership, and loves bringing structure and clarity to complex production workflows.

Job Description

As the Product Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing product-related operations throughout the creative production process for assigned business areas or campaign categories. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand product priorities, availability, and inventory status provided by merchandising partners.
  • Anticipate and resolve conflicting sample needs with proactive, creative solutions.
  • Serve as the primary resource for all product-related questions and issues across production teams, including stylists.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Producers, Project Managers, and Warehouse Leads to communicate product status and flag potential risks.
  • Attend style-outs, product reviews, and production meetings; gather samples, document missing items, identify risks, and build contingency plans.
  • Coordinate all product communication, prioritization, and documentation throughout marketing production workflows.
  • Act as a liaison across Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative to ensure product accuracy and alignment.
  • Provide on-set product expertise, supporting Creative and Styling teams with product usage guidelines.
  • Ensure product alignment across channels so shoots can leverage consistent samples and priorities.
  • Oversee product logistics including processing, packing, organization, transportation, and on-set unpacking for each project.
  • Give direction to Warehouse and Logistics teams regarding volumes, delivery timing, and storage needs.
  • Define and communicate storage requirements for large-scale campaigns.
  • Manage post-shoot product needs, including color separation, influencer usage, additional shoots, or carry-forward items.
